⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend – Honest, Caring, and Trustworthy

I can’t say enough good things about Priority One Mold Inspections and its owner, Jose.

I first met Jose 2 1/2 years ago when I purchased my new construction townhome and immediately ran into mold issues. My builder refused to release the mold reports to me, so through a trusted Realtor friend, I found Jose an independent mold inspector. That decision turned out to be one of the best I made.

Jose is a small business owner who is incredibly honest, caring, and knowledgeable. What truly sets him apart is his integrity. On more than one occasion, I asked for additional tests, and instead of taking my money, he explained that they weren’t necessary. He could have easily upsold me, but he didn’t — and that says everything about his character.

Fast forward to today: after a recent shower renovation, the shower liner failed and caused a leak, which went through ceiling of second floor ,I immediately called Jose, and once again he showed up promptly and performed air quality testing. I’ve used Jose a total of four times now, and every single time he has gone above and beyond.

If you’re looking for someone who is professional, thorough, honest, and genuinely looks out for your best interest — not just your wallet — I highly recommend Jose at Priority One Mold Inspections. You can trust him completely.

Jose at Priority One was great! I can’t recommend him enough. We paid another company to come out and test but they missed a whole area of mold in our kitchen. Jose was able to get us proper testing in 24 hours and for a more reasonable price than the previous company who missed the mold. He was very professional, respectful of our home and educated us on the subject. It’s clear he’s passionate about what he does. Don’t hesitate to call!
